Immigrant investor program. Include direct EB-5 and Regional Center
EB-1C
Certain multinational manager or executive.
EB-2 NIW
Exceptional ability and does not require employer sponsorship.
EB-3 Unskilled Workers
Less than 2 years training or experience.
PERM
Permanent Labor Certification is associated with most EB2 and EB3 immigration applications.
