Lichi Chen

Managing Attorney

Attorney Lichi Chen is the Managing Attorney of DO Law Office, P.C., bringing a distinguished international legal background and a deep commitment to excellence in U.S. immigration law. Licensed in both New York and China, she offers clients a rare cross-border perspective and sophisticated understanding of complex immigration matters. She earned her law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she developed a strong foundation in both U.S. and international legal practice.

Before founding DO Law Office, Attorney Chen worked at one of the largest and most prestigious immigration law firms in the United States, where she provided counsel to publicly traded companies and multinational corporations on a full range of immigration needs. Prior to relocating to the U.S., she practiced at a leading law firm in China, handling diverse domestic legal issues that further strengthened her analytical and advocacy skills.

Attorney Chen has extensive experience across both immigrant (IV) and non-immigrant (NIV) visa categories. Her IV practice includes employment-based petitions (EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-1C, EB-2, NIW, EB-3, EB-5), PERM labor certification, family-based petitions, adjustment of status, consular processing (NVC), and naturalization. On the NIV side, she regularly handles H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, O-1, TN, E-2, K-1, B-1/B-2, F-1, and F-1 reinstatement matters.

She is also highly skilled in navigating complex challenges such as Requests for Evidence (RFE), Notices of Intent to Deny (NOID), Notices of Intent to Revoke (NOIR), Notices of Intent to Terminate (NOIT), appeals, and waivers. Her ability to analyze intricate fact patterns and develop strategic, solution-oriented legal approaches makes her a trusted advisor to both corporate and individual clients.

Vincent Wu

Director of Business Development  & Client Relations

Vincent holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Stockholm University. His academic research focused on European law and conflicts among legal systems in a global context, and brings nearly 30 years of experience in corporate legal affairs and business matters.

Throughout his career, Vincent Wu has worked with leading companies, including Microsoft (China), and has gained extensive experience across mining and investment, real estate, education, and intellectual property industry.

At our office, Vincent Wu focuses on business development, client relations, and initial client communications, helping clients connect with the appropriate attorneys and resources within the firm.
